Central and Mary Purcell elementary schools held a combined Veterans Day parade this morning honoring local veterans.
The Sedro-Woolley High School marching band participated in the parade, which was led by the Sedro-Woolley police and fire departments.
Many thanks to the City of Sedro-Woolley's employees who help close down the streets so our students can take part in these traditional events. We truly appreciate your help (some of these folks even volunteer their time on days off to make these events possible!).

π’ Reminder: Early Dismissal for Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday and Friday! π°οΈ
Middle and high school students will be dismissed on Thursday and Friday at the following times:
β’ 10:45 a.m. instead of the usual 2:15 p.m. at Cascade Middle School

If they're usually dropped off at 3:15 p.m., expect them home around 11:45 a.m.
Elementary dismissal is 12:30 p.m. for all seven schools, which means drop off times will remain 3 hours earlier than regular dismissal times.
If they're usually dropped off at 3:45 p.m., expect them home around 12:45 p.m.
If they're usually dropped off at 4:00 p.m., expect them home around 1 p.m.
If they're usually dropped off at 4:15 p.m., expect them home around 1:15 p.m.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding during these important conference days.
