Curriculum Review
After a comprehensive year and a half process of researching and piloting reading programs to find the best fit for our students, our piloting teachers came to a consensus on Wonders Reading Program. We would appreciate your feedback on the program our piloting teachers agreed would best fulfill the needs of our students.

Free tutors available for middle and high school students
The district will continue to offer FREE tutoring services for students in grades 7-12. Paper is a secure, online tutoring service that provides students with unlimited, 24/7 academic support. Whether they’re stuck on homework, studying for a test, or need someone to read and make suggestions to their essays, there will always be experts available online to assist students in more than 200 subjects and in FOUR languages.

Schedule a Child Find Screening through the Good Beginnings Preschool today!
Any child, birth to age 5, whose family or caregivers would like more information about their child’s development is eligible for screening. All school districts within Washington State have Child Find screenings available.

WELCOME TO THE SEDRO-WOOLLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Our District serves the communities of Sedro-Woolley, Big Lake, Clear Lake, Lyman, Hamilton, and Samish. We are located in the Skagit Valley, 60 miles north of Seattle, just off Interstate 5. We are a diverse district, with several pre-k schools, seven K-6 elementary schools, one middle school, one traditional high school, one alternative high school and our Connections Academy at Job Corps. We serve approximately four thousand three hundred eighty-five (4,385) students.
