This spring, the Ride 360 app that the Sedro-Woolley School District uses to provide our families with student transportation information will be retired. Its replacement app, My Ride K-12, can be downloaded NOW in the Apple and Android app stores. You will need to download the new app to access updated transportation information for your student(s). Usernames and passwords from Ride 360 will carry over into My Ride K-12. Additionally, you can use your existing log-in information to access a web version of My Ride K-12 at myridek12.tylerapp.com. My Ride K-12 will continue to provide secure access to student bus schedule/routing information, which can include the bus stop, route, and bus number. This is accessible on mobile devices, and is confidential and secure. Parents/guardians will need to use their student ID# and current grade level to add their student to the app. Grade levels Kindergarten = K1 First = 01 Second = 02 Third = 03 Fourth = 04 Fifth = 05 Sixth = 06 Seventh = 07 Eighth = 08 Ninth = 09 Tenth = 10 Eleventh = 11 Twelfth= 12 Preschool families - call or email transportation. If you see an issue with your child’s transportation information, parent transportation assistance is currently available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. by calling 360-855-3504 or emailing jzimmerman@swsd101.org.

Get to know our incredible team in the “Meet our Staff” Monday series! We hope you enjoy getting to know the faces behind the scenes! #MeetOurStaffMonday #BehindTheScenes #EmployeeAppreciation #GetToKnowUs #SWSDStrongerTogether For over three decades, Deb Suthers has been an integral part of Sedro-Woolley’s educational landscape. Deb's journey within the Sedro-Woolley School District began in 1992 when she joined as a class-size paraeducator at Lyman Elementary School. Over the years, she transitioned through various roles, including library assistant and campus safety at Samish Elementary, before settling into her current position as Samish’s administrative secretary in 2003. Through each role, Deb gained invaluable insights into the district's operations, enriching her contributions along the way. Raised in Lyman and Sedro-Woolley, Deb's roots run deep within the community she serves. A graduate of Sedro-Woolley High School, her decision to pursue a career within the school district was a natural extension of her commitment to her hometown. Despite initially envisioning a career in secretarial work, Deb found fulfillment and purpose in the field of education. Her fondest memories revolve around her time in first-grade classrooms at Samish Elementary, where she witnessed the joy of children learning to read – a testament to the transformative power of education. Outside of her professional endeavors, Deb enjoys camping, reading, crafting greeting cards and scrapbooking, and indulging in board and card games. Her diverse interests reflect her well-rounded personality and her appreciation for life beyond Samish’s hallways. Looking towards the future, Deb's aspirations are simple yet profound – to retire gracefully (“... before I get too old.”), cherishing the memories of her fulfilling career while embracing new adventures that lie ahead. Deb's advice to students? Never give up, always try your best and work hard at whatever you do.
