Six talented musicians from Cascade Middle School recently represented their school and the Sedro-Woolley community at the SJMEA Honor Band and Orchestra weekend.

Today we celebrate Sedro-Woolley High School Class of 2026 graduate Clayton Hall.
Clayton plans to attend Skagit Valley College in fall 2026 to pursue a Business DTA/MRP before transferring to Grand Canyon University to earn a bachelor’s degree in hospitality tourism management. Along the way, he hopes to participate in the Disney College Program. After graduating, Clayton plans to apply to work at Walt Disney World or Disneyland as an attractions cast member.

Amelia plans to attend Northwest Nazarene University to earn a bachelor's degree in pre-counseling. Amelia is interested in a career as a school counselor or open a private therapeutic practice. One of her most meaningful achievements was being able to accept a position on the NNU cross-country and track team and continuing her athletic career at a collegiate level.

Aiden plans to begin a five-year apprenticeship with SMART Local 66. He is working toward becoming an architectural sheet metal journeyman. A meaningful achievement during his time at SWHS was being a four-year varsity athlete in football.

Our Sedro-Woolley High School Mariachi students were back in action on Thursday, May 7, performing at a regional Mariachi Festival at McIntyre Hall alongside students from the Mount Vernon and Burlington-Edison school districts, as well as Skagit Valley College.
The event celebrated mariachi music and folklórico dance, bringing students and communities together through culture, music, and performance.
The evening concluded with a combined mariachi performance of “Las Mañanitas” as a special Mother’s Day tribute honoring all the mothers in attendance.
