Families choosing to homeschool their child instead of enrolling in a public or private school must submit a Declaration of Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction each school year.

To get started:

1. Download and complete the Declaration of Intent Form.

2. Submit the form to the Sedro-Woolley School District Office as directed on the form.

Home-based and private school students are welcome to access part-time enrollment, sports, and other services offered by the Sedro-Woolley School District.

To request services:

1. Complete the Request for Part-Time Attendance or Ancillary Services form.

2. Submit the form as directed on the document.
