⏰ Don’t forget! Standard Time begins Sunday, November 2. At 2 a.m., clocks move back one hour—a great time to check your smoke detector batteries, too!

🦉 Sixth graders in Mrs. Quatsoe’s class at Mary Purcell Elementary got hands-on with science this week — dissecting owl pellets to uncover what’s inside!

Mrs. Quatsoe collected the pellets herself to make sure every student had one to explore. Inside, students discovered fur, bones, and other remains from small rodents the owls had eaten, digested, and… well… left behind.

Science doesn’t get much more memorable (or fascinating) than this! 🔬✨
