  • The Sedro-Woolley Transportation Department strives to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services to the students of the Sedro-Woolley community. If you have questions or concerns about transportation services for your child, please contact the Transportation Department at 360-855-3504.

    Bus Rider Registration

Existing bus stops will remain the same as the previous school year. New students or incoming kindergartners who will ride the bus, please call the transportation office at 360-855-3504 or email jzimmerman@swsd101.org to make transportation arrangements.

Be sure your child understands the bus rules and regulations.

    Student Eligibility

Sedro-Woolley Transportation is pleased to provide quality educational services for your children. Transportation is available for students who live at least one mile from their assigned school as measured through our routing system. The distance a student lives from their assigned school is determined by measuring the shortest route that may be traveled on public roads as defined in our routing system.

    Pick-Up Time Criteria

We attempt to arrive at every bus stop on time. Due to variances between individual clocks, students are asked to arrive at the bus stop five minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. Buses will load students and depart from the stop. Regular buses do not wait for tardy students. Students are expected to proceed immediately to the buses. SWSD strongly discourages students from approaching a moving bus.
