The Sedro-Woolley School District Board of Directors has approved two renewal measures for the February 2026 Special Election ballot — a four-year Educational Programs & Operations (EPO) Levy and a six-year Educational Facility Maintenance, Technology & Safety Levy.
In accordance with RCW 29A.32.280, the District is seeking community members interested in writing statements for or against each measure for inclusion in the Skagit County Local Voters’ Pamphlet.
Each committee may have up to three members and may work together with others to draft their statement. Members must:
Reside within Sedro-Woolley School District boundaries
Be available through December for communication with the Skagit County Auditor’s Office
Be known to support (for) or oppose (against) one of the measures

The School Board plans to appoint committee members at its regular meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025.
