Students must complete this application and turn it in to Mr. Hendry if they wish to be considered for the Varsity Letter award in Band.

This document is required for every school-related field trip a student attends.

This document should accompany the Field Trip Permission form for any overnight field trips.

Please review this document for help logging into the CHARMS system.  If you are having trouble with your student's ID #, try adding a 1 in front of it or removing a 0 from the beginning of it.  The ID# is their SWSD issued # that they use for purchasing lunch and other school related items. 

Students needing financial assitance to afford a Band trip/event can ask the Band Parent Group for help.
