• Automative Services

    Automotive Services provides the skills and the knowledge required for job entry in the automotive trade at the apprenticeship level or additional training in a career-technical institute. The course will consist of shop safety, shop organization and operation, theory and repair of engines, electrical systems, brakes, fuel systems, cooling systems, power trains, and suspension steering alignment. The students will make repairs on the automobile in these areas at the trade accepted standard. The students can supply their own projects or will be furnished a project to work on. This program is hosted on the Sedro-Woolley High School campus in their fully-equipped automotive shop facility.

    Students are required to self-transport to Sedro-Woolley High School for this program.  Class hours are 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm.  Students can earn 3 high school credits for completing this year-long course; 1 - Occupational Education, 1 - Technical Math and 1 - Lab Science.
