Hello, My name is Jared Verrall.  I have been teaching at Cascade Middle School for 6 years.  I graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a BA in Physical Education/Health and a teaching certificate. I have coached both baseball and football during my tenure at Cascade Middle School. I enjoy almost all sports and outdoor activities including softball, fishing, and golf. I also played 3 years in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. 

   During this class, we will be learning about the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being of healthy living.  The facts and skills we study will assist you in making healthy life choices.  I will provide a safe environment that will provide an opportunity for the success of all students.  The concepts taught in wellness will be an integral part of a student's total education at Cascade Middle School and will assist them in meeting district and state learning goals.
