It is that time of year again!  Department and Faculty Award applications are now available!

• When:  March 7th through 31st at 3 p.m. 
• How: Complete this Google Form for EACH individual award you want to apply for
• Where to go for help?  If you have any questions, please contact the faculty representatives noted at the top of the form.

Department Awards

• Juniors and Seniors may apply
• Only eligible to receive the award once from each department
• Running Start classes do not apply to awards
• Recognition comes in the form of a certificate
• May be listed on scholarship/post-secondary applications

Faculty Awards

• ONLY Seniors may apply
• NOT eligible for a Department Award in the same subject area during the same year
• Running Start classes do not apply to awards
• Recognition comes in the form of a certificate and an honor cord to be worn at graduation
• May be listed on scholarship/post-secondary applications
