Our Aim Statement: to increase student achievement, and time on task in a safe and positive learning environment.
The staff, students, and community are proud to be working together to provide a safe, supportive, academically challenging environment where we can nurture each child’s emotional, social, and academic growth.
Basic Information About our School:

K-6 school, with a highly dedicated staff, consisting of 20 teachers and 14 assistants, with additional support staff, and over 370 students.

Specialists: technology and physical education specialists, as well as special education and English language programs and support.

School-Wide Title program which incorporates reading and math interventions into our school day.

Collaboration is key at Mary Purcell. Teachers plan between and across grades, aligning curriculum to meet the needs of all students, and reflect the expectations of the Sedro-Woolley School District and the Washington State Essential Learnings. Working together, we all achieve more!

School Hours: 9:30-3:30 (Students can enter at 9:00, with before school tutoring available from 8:15-9:00am certain days)

We offer half day kindergarten, with two morning classes. A full day program is available for qualifying students with special needs.
