    As a positive reinforcement, students demonstrating one of the Lyman High Fives will be awarded a High Five Ticket.  There will be regular ticket drawings for prizes.

     
    Progressive consequences when a child chooses to ignore expectations:
    • Step one: Student is warned.
    • Step two: Student fills out Behavior Reflection Sheet in their reflection room.
    • Step three:  Student fills out Behavior Reflection Sheet in their reflection room, then calls parent and reports behavior.
    • Step four: Student fills out Behavior Reflection Sheet in their reflection room, calls parent and reports behavior, and waits in their partner classroom until parent arrives for a conference and resolution is met.
    • If a student chooses not to follow High Five expectations and is sent to the Reflection room 5 times in one week there will be an automatic one-day out of school suspension.

    Severe clause

    Teacher immediately contacts principal.
