• Replacement Levy - Facts at a Glance

    The 2018 levy is a replacement levy. The voter approved 2014 levy expires on December 31, 2018.

    The Sedro-Woolley School District will reduce the levy collection amounts as the State continues to increase school funding, reducing the cost to tax payers.

    District wide and for all grade levels, the replacement levy will provide all necessary school supplies and fees. The district feels classroom supplies and classroom lab fees are part of funding basic education.

    Estimated Cost for a property owner:

    • On a $250,000 home - $3.41 (current 2018 rate) to $3.90 (estimated 2019 rate) is an annual increase of $122.50 or $10.20 per month
