Welcome to Sedro-Woolley High School.
In order to do the best job of enrolling your student, the following information and items are needed.
- Copy of previous school’s withdrawal form with transfer grades.
- 10-12 students will need a copy of their transcript from previous school. (Incoming 9th grade students may not have a transcript)
- Copy of HSPE/ EOC Scores from Washington State Schools.
- Copy of Immunizations records (with parent or guardian signature).

All new students will need to complete our new student registration packet.

Please tell the counseling office if your student is on an IEP.
New and Returning students will need to call the counseling office at (360) 855-3513.
Special Education students will need to make an appointment with Mr. Pete Peterson to enroll. They will need a copy of their IEP from their previous school. He can be reached at (360) 855-3924
Please call or come in and pick up the new student registration packet prior to your appointment with the counselor, so we can verify the necessary information. You can ask your previous school to fax/send the records to:

Once you have all of your required documentation you may call to make an appointment with the appropriate counselor.
